• Only unworn, unwashed, unstained, unaltered, and undamaged items are subject to return or exchange.
• In a reasonably valid case of exchange or return, customers have to contact us within 24 to 48 hours and ship the package back to us within 3 days.
• If we are in an agreement with the Buyers, they have to return the package at their own expense.
• The agreed refunded amount will be credited back to the customer’s account upon receipt of the returned package from them. Depending on the banking network, the refunded amount may take 5 to 7 business days to be displayed in the buyers’ account.
• Items on clearance can not be returned or exchanged. Clearance items are considered final sales.
